My lessons are designed to make Maths easier, clearer, and less stressful. I believe that every student can improve in Maths when concepts are explained in a simple way and at a comfortable pace.
During our online lessons, I first identify the areas you find challenging, then break each topic into small, understandable steps. I use worked examples, practice questions, and clear explanations so you can understand not just the answer, but how to get there yourself.
I encourage students to ask questions freely and make mistakes without feeling embarrassed. We will practise together, review areas that need more attention, and gradually build your confidence.
Whether you need help preparing for exams, understanding a difficult topic, completing practice exercises, or simply improving your Maths skills, I will tailor each lesson to your level and learning needs.
My goal is not just to help you get the correct answer, but to help you understand Maths well enough to solve similar problems independently.

I would highly recommend Lydia as a tutor. She is patient, friendly, reliable, and exceptionally good at breaking down difficult concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps. She genuinely cares about her students and takes the time to make sure they understand before moving on.
She even taught my daughter, and I was honestly impressed by how much more confident my daughter became. Lydia has a natural ability to connect with students, identify where they are struggling, and adapt her teaching style to suit their needs.
If you’re looking for a tutor who is dedicated, approachable, and committed to helping students improve and achieve their goals, I would definitely recommend booking a lesson with Lydia on Superprof. Don’t hesitate to give her a try—you’ll be glad you did!View more recommendations
