About Katy
I want my students to feel confident, empowered and supported. Supporting creative thinking and independent learning is really important to me as well as helping students to produce the best work they can by sharing my knowledge and experience of academic writing.
I believe that learning should be challenging, but enjoyable - and thats where having the right support is so important!
I have been through the process of getting an MA and PhD, and I know how daunting it can be! But I also know how to come out the other side with something you can be really proud of.

Sessions last 60 minutes. We will work together to define your ideas for essays, dissertations or your doctoral thesis. From choosing a topic, to building out a structure and honing the final output; I support students to produce the best work.

- I hold a PhD in Human Geography and completed my doctoral thesis with no corrections needed
