About Charlie
Having achieved an high A* at A level English literature, alongside a 1st in first year at Edinburgh University, I have a successful track record in the subject and wish to help my students achieve similar grades.
I have experience in teaching: During my gap year I was in charge of tutoring Kenyan children English in Nairobi; for many it was their second, or even third, language. As such, I have an ability to teach English in a simple, concise manner, easily accessible for all ability ranges.
After teaching in Kenya, I taught at a school in London, following my passion for educating others in a subject which I am so fascinated with.
And now, as a student once again, I would love to continue my love for teaching alongside my studies.
I am readily available in Edinburgh - even for short notice!
