About Ricardo
I am a Spanish teacher for English speakers, with a practical, friendly, and communication-focused approach. I consider myself a patient and supportive teacher who creates a comfortable environment where students feel confident learning and making mistakes as part of the process.
My background as an audiovisual communicator and photographer has helped me develop a clear and dynamic way of explaining ideas, adapting each lesson to the student’s pace, goals, and learning style. My interest in theater and music also influences my teaching methodology, making lessons more natural, engaging, and conversational.
For the past seven years, I have been part of the NGO "Make a Miracle" in Peru, where I have worked closely with English-speaking volunteers and visitors. Through this experience, I developed strong intercultural communication skills and have also worked as a translator, helping bridge communication between English and Spanish speakers. This has allowed me to better understand the real challenges students face when learning a new language.
My lessons focus on achieving real results: improving speaking confidence, developing practical communication skills, and using the language in real-life situations for travel, work, or personal growth. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to each individual’s needs and objectives.

Lessons are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced learners seeking natural fluency.
