I’m Euan, the founder of Basic Computing. I have a background in IT and Interactive Media, along with over a decade of experience supporting people in a calm, patient and person-centred way. I enjoy helping beginners feel less nervous around technology by explaining things clearly, step by step, and without any judgement. My aim is to make computers feel useful, understandable and much less intimidating.

I provide calm, step-by-step support for beginners, older learners, returning users and anyone who feels left behind by technology. We can work on Windows basics, email, internet use, files, documents, online forms, video calls, printing, safety online, or general computer confidence. Every lesson is friendly, practical and tailored to what you want to achieve.
