Friendly One to One Computer Lessons for Beginners Who Want More Confidence

I wanted to get more use out of my computer instead of only using it for the basics. Euan showed me how to use different apps that were useful for my hobbies, including organising photos, finding helpful information online and working on simple creative projects. He explained everything clearly and gave me time to try it myself. I now feel like I am getting much more value from my computer and enjoying using it a lot more.

I needed help using Microsoft Teams for work and was feeling quite overwhelmed by it. Euan explained everything clearly and patiently, including how to join meetings, use the chat, share my screen and find the different settings. He made the whole thing feel much easier than I expected and gave me time to practise each step myself.
