About Nicky
After working in business for many years, I trained to become a TEFL teacher in 2023 ... and I love it! I enjoy working with students to understand their individual needs and seeing skills and confidence growing. I use engaging class material that is personalised to every student. Topics will be based on your interests. Normally we would include speaking, reading, writing and listening activities. Although, if you prefer a more conversational class then this works too! I aim to improve your confidence and fluency, and your knowledge of English vocabulary and grammar.
I am a TEFL certified English tutor. I have a Humanities degree and a business background. I teach adult students of any level. Some of my students like to focus on business English, others on more general language skills.
