About Marie
Originally an experienced Marketing Manager and Business professional, I retrained to be a teacher / lecturer 8 years ago and have never looked back! It is so rewarding seeing my students from all around the world gain confidence and love for learning. I've taught privately in the UK and also lectured 180 students at a time at Universities in China, as well as delivering bespoke training to teachers and other professionals. In the past two years, I've taught Business A-levels at an exclusive private school in Oxford; I've delivered workshops to students in Moscow; I've led Business and Environmental courses for an international summer school; I've helped prepare students for IELTS exams (achieving up to grade 8.5 with my unique coaching style!), and taught Media Communications, British History and Politics at University in Oxford. I've also taught privately both face to face and online, and have researched, written and produced academic course materials for a variety of academic institutions.
