About Maria
I was born in Brazil and moved to the UK when I was 10, however I continued to speak Portuguese with friends and family, and I read a lot in order to not forget the language. I have taught Portuguese to 2 students so far (8 and 16 years old) and their parents mentioned that they could see an improvement not only in their knowledge of the language but also in their confidence. As for Psychology, I will help you understand the topic in a clearer way so that you can feel more comfortable to explain it in your own words.

My teaching method depends a lot on the individual I'm teaching as everyone learns differently. I offer a free lesson at first so that we can find out what you learning method is and get to know each other better :) As I'm currently an undergraduate, I only give Psychology lessons to GCSE or A-level students and I give lessons to anyone who is keen to learn about Portuguese.
