About Gene Axel
I am a full-ride scholar at Xavier Ateneo pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics, and a graduate of the university's Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) program. I have also been admitted to several international universities on full-ride scholarships, reflecting my strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence.
My areas of expertise include Social Sciences, English, Economics, Mathematics, Science, and Research. Beyond academic achievement, I am passionate about science communication and believe that learning becomes most meaningful when students understand not only the concepts but also their real-world applications. Through an application-based teaching approach, I help students develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deeper appreciation of the subjects they study.
Having tutored both fellow university students and elementary learners as a freelance tutor, I have developed a flexible, student-centered teaching style that adapts to different learning needs, abilities, and goals.
