I have been enriched personally and learnt much from the diverse backgrounds, cultures and needs of my learners. I feel that it is important to have high expectations for my classes, whilst at the same time accommodating the differing rates of student progression, as I feel that, if I, through thorough planning and organisational skills, my students will mirror this and have high expectations also. I am very passionate about education and teaching and I am driven by a desire to make a difference to the learners that I teach.
