About Laura
When I started my teacher training, I wanted to make a difference. Today, this is still the case; I deeply care about the wellbeing of those I teach and want students to have opportunities for success and to learn valuable skills for life.
I have a great deal of experience as I have been teaching students for 6 years. As a fully qualified English teacher, I have previously worked as a Literacy Lead and as a Second in Department.

I am a kind, patient, and knowledgable educator. My students find it easy to get on with me and I make learning as fun as I can! I have an array of experience working with pupils that have learning difficulties and additional needs.
I am open to teaching all ages but specialise in teaching at secondary level, especially for English Literature and Language GCSE.
