About Kate
I'm an Oxford graduate and qualified primary teacher with a PGCE from the University of Manchester. I can offer online tutoring slots between 9am-4pm on Mondays and Fridays - perfect for home education or international students. Teaching is my passion and tutoring is the opportunity to form a supportive relationship with a student 1:1 where their progress is paramount and their learning style catered for.

I am passionate about meeting the needs of all learners to ensure that they make progress and grow in confidence. I have ten years of experience of teaching both KS1 and KS2. I create a supportive environment with an appropriate level of challenge and use assessment for learning regularly to inform future planning.
Every student is different and comes from a unique starting point - I make sure that I assess well and assess frequently so that learners make progress from that starting point.
