- My name is Katie and I am originally from Kilkenny.
- I am a fully qualified primary school teacher. I completed my Bachelor of Education in St. Patrick's College, DCU.
-I have a high level of Irish with a fantastic understanding of grammar and oral language.
- I have completed my B1 exam in the 'TEG' - a language proficiency exam.
-I am 24 years old.

- I can tutor Junior Cert or Leaving Cert Irish students. I understand the importance of speaking a language and find that speaking the language in an informal manner improves confidence in the language and in turn improves written Irish.
-I will create a personalised plan for every student that I work with to ensure that they reach their full potential and maximise their ability in the Irish language.
-I teach Irish on a daily basis in primary school so I love to practice the language each day.
-I have a range of teaching methodologies and strategies that I know assist students to learn.
