About Elke
I am a 37 year old female from Cape town in South Africa. I am a fully qualified Montessori teacher. I have 13 years experience in teaching and tutoring. I have taught children from various age groups. I absolutely love working with young children. I have also worked as an aupair and aftercare teacher and owned my ownay group. I am kind, loving, bubbly, fun, diligent, patient and really passionate about what I do. I would love to teach young children English online to get to know children from different countries and to learn more about their culture. I believe I am the right candidate because I have lots of experience working with young children.

I am a very bubbly, fun, kind and loving person so my lessons are fun and exciting and age appropriate. Young children have shorter attention span so lessons are kept short and sweet and to the point using props and colourful images. I believe in the Montessori teaching method so lessons are led by the child I direct and facilitate learning.
