About Nneka
I'm a friendly and passionate, professional Yoga teacher based in North London, with 10 years' experience practicing Yoga. My classes are challenging but fun. Whether you want to learn a new skill, progress your yoga skills, improve flexibility or just get your body moving, yoga is a great physical activity to practice.
I empower students through an individualised approach to Yoga that considers each person’s unique body type and structure, allowing them to achieve a body experience rather than an ideal image seen on instagram!
I can teach you Ashtanga, The Rocket, Vinyasa and Yin meditation in your home or online.
