I took a heels and stretch class from Jan and I thoroughly enjoyed her classes! I definitely feel more comfortable in my body and feel like even walking in heels is much easier! I used to terrible at walking in heels! I also loved the stretch class I feel much looser and relaxed.

Janice is a trustworthy tutor, she breaks each move down and makes it simple and interesting for students to learn. She also is knowledgable in the theory behind styles and steps, which is really important, because this helps the student understand the story behind the moves. I highly recommend Janice !!️
