Becoming a tutor in higher education, I desire to use my industrial and practice-based research skills to design creative, interactive lessons in commercial and social marketing that are applicable for students out of the classroom and into the office. My passion in teaching is to assure the employability of learners.
I have been working in commercial marketing for over 10 years and am now expanding it to social marketing to promote positive social changes for social good. As a marketer, I make use of integrated marketing tools such as market research, branding, public relationship, social media, advertising, promotion etc. in promoting a brand, a product, or a service (commercial marketing) and a desirable behavioural change (social marketing).
