I am a results driven tutor. The legal profession leaves students little choice but to get good results.
My lessons are entirely focused on preparing to pass your next exam. Whether it's filling in the gaps in your knowledge, or teaching you how to commit 1200 cases to memory over 3 weeks.
Not long ago I opened my first legal textbook...I had never read a case and was totally new to the idea of law as a potential career.
In the 2-3 years since, I have secured straight distinctions on the GDL, two BPTC scholarships, straight outstandings (so far*) on the BPTC, and an offer of pupillage from a top criminal law set to start ASAP.
I get that the GDL and BPTC seem daunting. Some providers offer patchy tuition and there are high fail rates on many law courses, so it's okay to be worried, and sensible to ask for help if you're not feeling confident.
With a good set of notes and the right approach to revision there is no reason you cannot do very well indeed!
