About Mark
My name is Mark I am a former player of the sport of rugby and currently learning the ropes of coaching in a general sense in different sports and am planning on becoming a full time coach/player but with having played rugby I have a good understanding for the sport and am planning to show/teach future players the sport also the for a strength and conditioning coach we would set up a training program suited for you.

We would discuss future plans with you diet, your body composition and the work load that you are going to have to put into a program that we will make to your goal. And for potential rugby players that come to me for training purposes for set positions or techniques for forwards and backs, also training for those specific positions such as scrum line outs and breakdowns. And a brief overview of the updated rules for the sport of rugby.
