About Jake
I am a 19 year old student currently on a gap year. I have played cricket since age 9, with experience in youth teams, local 1st/2nd teams and have received coaching at Northamptonshire CC and experience at Bucks County Cricket Club. Looking to pass on my love for the game to younger age groups as it is something I wish I had as a young child!

Essentially, with cricket it has to be engaging for the children to invest their time in it. Enjoyment at a young age is the most critical thing with sports. Sports are their to character build and enhance great qualities in our children therefore if they're not enjoyable there is no chance of the kids engaging with them.
