I teach online, worldwide, to students in China, USA, Australia, Canada, Europe.
When the student has difficulty with a topic in Maths or Physics, gaps in their knowledge and understanding, then we have a discussion on the topic; I write notes; I send the notes to the student; I send a short homework assignment to the student; the student does the homework assignment and sends it back to me for marking. Then we have our next lesson.
