About Ben
My name’s Ben.
I went to Harrow School and now I study geography and economics at LSE. When it comes to exams, I like to keep it simple and learn what gets good marks. I think a lot of teachers have a habit of teaching ‘further’ than the mark scheme which can be great in inspiring interest in the subject, but less effective in securing good marks.
Qualifications:
GCSEs - 8s & 9s
A-Levels - Economics, Geography, and Maths - A*A*A respectively

I’m a hard worker that achieved good grades through school by learning and revising effectively and efficiently. An important skill that I try to teach is the ability to boil lengthly content into absorbable bite-sized notes. In regard to exam preparation, I think the use of past papers is effective for nailing exam technique as well as finding weak points in knowledge.
Lessons can be both online or in person, normally 40 mins to an hour although I’m flexible.
