About Olivia
Amongst my students, I would aim to create a positive and supportive environment - making sure it is a safe space for students to make mistakes and ask questions. My experience teaching martial arts has also developed my communication, and ability to work with students of different ages and abilities.

My lessons would be student centred, meaning I would adapt the lesson according to the student's age, level, and goals - combining technical exercises and practical playing or singing. I focus on building confidence and making lessons enjoyable. Lessons would be around an hour long. I hold a Diploma in Keyboard, Fitzwilliam Certificate in Music, as well as Grade 7 in Classical Singing and Grade 4 in Violin. I also have teaching experience through martial arts, which has developed my ability to work with different ages and abilities. I teach beginners and intermediate students of all ages, adapting my lessons to suit each individual.
