I've known Amanda as we taught in the same secondary school for several years. Amanda is extremely talented as a teacher and as a tutor. She is experienced and capable of tailoring her teaching to the learning needs of her students, who can achieve her full potential under her guidance. Amanda is also a very positive and friendly person - while remaining professional - and this enables her to establish positive and fruitful relationship with her students, who enjoy learning and very often choose to carry on their studies at university.

Amanda is a great teacher who listens and is a great support. I was an adult learner needing to pass my Science GCSE. She supported my learning and created lots of experiences that were creative to ensure the learning was enjoyable.

I went to Amanda for tutoring A level with Biology. When I first went to her I lacked confidence and I was failing in every area of the course. Amanda didn't seem fazed by this.
