About Alphonse
Drawing upon over fifteen years of teaching experience, as well as advanced academic qualifications including a master's and doctorate, I naturally foster a learner-centred approach to tutoring GCSE and A-Level Geography. I bring an intuitive understanding of how to prioritise the needs, interests, and abilities of each individual student. My expertise enables me to design personalised lesson plans that adapt content and pace to suit individual learning styles and abilities. I will encourage you to actively participate in lessons by asking questions and making contributions, to think critically, and to engage in independent enquiry. This will empower you to explore topics in ways that resonate with your own experiences and backgrounds. My depth of knowledge and commitment to nurturing potentials ensures that every student benefits from a supportive and inspiring learning environment, where confidence and curiosity are cultivated and each learner is guided to achieve their best.
