About Njideka
I am Ibekwe Njideka, a French teacher and Early Years teacher. I was drawn to teaching by my love for children. I started seeing the need to be part of the growth of children , to impact positively and help them improve all round. Then I studied education to help me achieve that. Afterwards I studied French language which also built my interest in teaching both children and adults. I have been teaching French for eight year. I love it when I see people improve on daily basis when I teach, it gives me an extra joy and fulfilment.

I am a very patient teacher, I don't just teach, I always ensure learning is taking place. Firstly I try to know the previous knowledge the learner has and then I build on that. I make specific plan and scheme based on the learners level which will work better and enhance learning. I evaluate learners at intervals to ensure learning is taking place.
