To start I make an evaluation of the level of the student to know the knowledge that has and compare them with the minimum content that is required, this way I can know in which disciplines you have to emphasize the effort and which ones you have to keep practicing to maintain the level. Depending on the age of the student I use a more playful or more professional method. I like to have the student manual as a reference and use my own resources to practice.
