About Shishir
The reason I started tutoring stems from my childhood. When I was young, my parents were driven to teach me everything that they knew. Though they were harsh in their teaching style, I realized that it benefited me greatly. But being from a foreign country, they didn't have the best knowledge of the US curriculum and my biggest regret was not letting them teach me more. I want to give others the chances that I didn't have. I don't want them to regret not reaching their full potential. I want to make learning fun for all and make it a habit that helps all stages of life.

Students: Should be in K-12 range but available for anyone. Qualifications: - Started 2 tutoring clubs in my schools and have over 50 hours worth of tutoring - Multiple first places in Math Team and Science Olympiad - Capable of solving a Rubik's Cube in 15 seconds - Taken 14 AP's and mainly achieved 4s and 5s - Varsity tennis captain and coached 5 others and won many tournaments Teaching Style: I believe that curiosity and creativity is a huge part of helping kids learn as a scholar. For that reason, my teaching style is centered around guiding students through the right path instead of telling them the answer or the fix-all formula. Understanding the problem and what the answer implies is always much more useful than actually knowing what the answer. Also, I believe that laughter and having fun is synonymous with a student's ability to learn so I try to act as more of a friend than a teacher. Hope to see you all soon!

Details
I have tutored other students and have charged them 40 dollars usually, but making money is not my goal this time. I purely want to help others reach their max potential and give them the opportunity that I was unable to have. I believe that everyone has one life and that they must live it to the fullest but there always tend to be a numerous number of obstacles stopping us from reaching this ideal. That is why I want to lower my cost to support my passion.
