About Solly
I am a student at Leeds Conservatoires studying jazz drumming and have completed grade 8 and Music A-level as well as GCSE.
I absolutely love sharing my passion for the drums!! Whether it's playing crazy grooves, learning chops or getting down into the technicality of grades and techniques, the instrument never stops being an absolute blast. It would be such a pleasure to help anyone out however I can as they learn to play the drums and or master their craft!

I think the best way to teach drums is to have fun with the drumkit. I am happy to teach grades and get right into the technical sides of the instrument, going through technical books and studying how to really master the drums, and am also more than happy to teach just for fun, whether you wanna learn the groove to your favourite song or learn how to shred out a killer drum solo. No matter what styles you want to explore, whether jazz, rock, pop or afrobeat, on an acoustic or an electric kit, I’m here to help!
