About Maddison
Hi, I’m Maddi — a Grade 8 classical singer with a deep-rooted love for music and years of experience performing, recording, and teaching. My musical journey began in childhood, training as a classical vocalist while also developing skills in piano, music theory, and performance. I’ve performed as a soloist and as part of a vocal duo at a wide range of live events, and have even released original music to streaming platforms. What sets me apart as a teacher is my ability to combine technical expertise with a calm, friendly, and confidence-building approach. I know first-hand how intimidating singing can feel, and I strive to create a space where students feel supported and excited to explore their voice. My lessons are personalised to your goals—whether that’s preparing for ABRSM or Trinity exams, improving technique, or simply enjoying music in a relaxed setting. Alongside my musical background, I have over a decade of coaching experience in high-performance sport, which has shaped my ability to communicate clearly, set realistic goals, and help students progress with consistency and self-belief. I offer fun, supportive online singing lessons for all ages (6+) and experience levels. Lessons are 30–45 minutes and tailored to your goals—whether you're preparing for ABRSM/Trinity grades, building vocal strength, or just singing for enjoyment. My approach is friendly and confidence-focused, grounded in classical technique including breath control, tone, posture, and diction. Sessions include warm-ups, vocal health tips, and optional performance coaching. With a Grade 8 in classical singing and years of live performance and coaching experience, I bring structure, encouragement, and energy to every lesson. Let’s find your voice and enjoy the process!
