About Deacon
I am taking a gap year to tutor students. Next year I am going to go to University to study Mathematics.
Once my education is done I hope to become a teacher so I can help even more people in their educational journey.
Having achieved a grade 9 myself at GCSE, and also assisting my peers to go beyond what was expected of them, I want to help those in a wider community to do the same.

Rather than go about the fundamentals in a roundabout way, I like to show those I am tutoring exactly what exam-style questions are expecting of them. Having a deeper understanding of the mark scheme with therefore allow students to have a deeper understanding of the topic at hand, which they will be able to reproduce in further questions. This goes to show that not only is an understanding of the content key, but also knowledge of exam technique which can be deepened through targetted questions.
