Rohit has been part of my "Leadership" work team for over two years now, in which we ran activities for a group of kids in order to develop certain Leadership skills.
His progress has been amazing as displayed by the fact he was given the position of "Head Of Resources", furthermore during his time with me I have always seen him been able to talk and communicate very well with children. He could be often found motivating children and not just providing them with the answer but rather pointing them in the right direction to ensure the kid's confidence grew and they were able to become more independent. as a result he became well known for his ability to maximise the potential of children not just in our Leadership course but in all aspects.
