About Jana
Hi, I’m Jana! I’m currently an undergraduate Sociology student at the University of Warwick. I achieved a grade A in sociology myself. Sociology has always been a subject I’m passionate about, and I enjoy helping other students discover that same interest in understanding how society shapes our everyday lives.
Having sat the A-level exams recently, I know first hand what examiners are looking for in essay answers, and how to break sociological theories down into material that can be easily understood and revised.
My sessions are tailored to each student's individual learning style. I strive to create and maintain a positive learning environment to ensure students feel confident with their sociological theories and work towards transferring their knowledge into exam ready answers in order to succeed.
Ultimately, I want to help students not just understand sociological theories in isolation, but learn how to transfer that knowledge into confident, exam-ready answers, building the skills and self-belief they need to succeed.
