About Selma
Hello there, I'm Selma!
I am a Graduate Accountant working within the Public Practice branch of the profession. I completed my studies at Swinburne University of Technology in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting major) and soon I too will be going back to studying as I commence my CPA journey!
After tutoring privately during my university days, I have finally decided to embrace it and join the Super Prof community.
In terms of practical teaching experience, I previously commenced my Master of Teaching (Secondary) at the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, specialising in Accounting & English teaching areas and even taught it for 20 days in a high school!
For peace of mind, I also have a current WWCC (Working with Children's Check).

I firmly believe in personal growth, no matter how big or small it may seem! That is why facilitating a safe learning environment where you will feel supported, respected and heard is at the forefront of my teaching methodology.
My lesson will run for one hour, where together we will go through any questions and uncertainties you may have. This will lead into worked examples where we will address & embed the key concepts of concern, one lesson at a time!
Following my graduation in 2020 from the Swinburne University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting major), I am working as a Graduate Accountant specialising in the Public Practice sector.
Whether you're a VCE Accounting student or just embarked on your undergraduate Accounting journey, I'm willing to tailor the lessons to your individual needs & concerns!
