I believe that people learn best not by trying to memorise information, but by putting what they already know to use. It is then my job to help them gradually fill in the gaps as we go through exam style questions. Doing this will not only provide students with a very good idea of what to expect on exam day, but also actually leave them with a proper understanding of the subject.
