About Ray
I don‘t simply teach my students, but I also listen to their needs, and can adapt as needed.
I‘m here to build the students‘ confidence and establish a safe space to facilitate learning process.
However, this learning process is a collaboration between teachers and students, rather than a one sided working relationship. I can also make the lessons consistent and reasonable in workload, instead of piling up to rush progress and overloading my students.

I will curate my plans for individual students, which include holistic skill building for application in real life as well as for education.
A standard routine uses different topics thar the teacher chooses and occasionally can be also by the students. We learn vocabulary and empower conversational skills with discussions and questions, to also build the student‘s confidence and self-advocacy at the same time.
For reading and writing, students can read and also write upon the topic to express their opinion and to defend them as well (similar to AP English education)
