About Adeola
Teaching, for me, is more than a profession—it is a calling and a responsibility to shape the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and innovators. As a PhD graduate in Business Administration with extensive board-level experience, I have been privileged to sit where decisions that shaped companies and communities were made. Now, I want to bring that wealth of knowledge into the classroom, not to lecture at my students, but to walk with them on their journey of discovery and growth. I want to teach because I believe education is the most powerful way to unlock potential. Every student has the capacity to lead, innovate, and make a meaningful impact in society. My role as a teacher is not just to provide theories, but to open doors to possibilities, to connect classroom concepts with real-world challenges, and to prepare students to thrive in environments where critical thinking, creativity, and resilience are essential. Teaching also allows me to give back. The experiences and insights I have gained over more than a decade of corporate and boardroom exposure are not mine to keep alone—they are lessons to be shared, stories to inspire, and tools to equip those coming after me. By teaching, I am investing in a future where students do not just succeed academically but also become ethical leaders, strategic thinkers, and change-makers.

As a PhD graduate in Business Administration with over a decade of extensive experience at the board and executive management level, I bring a unique blend of academic rigour and practical industry expertise into the classroom.
