About Katie
My name is Katie, and I can't wait to be your tutor! Whether it's Spanish, Geography, English, or History, I am here for you!
I have been tutoring students at the college level for almost three years and have also tutored high school. I am also experienced with teaching those whose first language is not English and try to incorporate English communication into my review sessions.
Prepping for speaking exams, mastering vocabulary, and making review fun are my go-to's in my sessions.

My tutoring sessions are all about progress and having fun. My lesson plans revolve around competitiveness and patience when it comes to tackling grammar topics, conversations, and close reading of Spanish texts.
What sets me apart from other tutors is the fact that I am always learning! I use my sessions as a way to “keep up with Spanish” and am always okay with learning something new. Being a student is hard, and tutoring can be scary, so I want my students to feel comfortable in my sessions.
