About Chad
As a coach, I love to have fun with drills and the game, but I also know the importance of working hard, discipline, and times to be serious when working with players. My goal is to have fun, but to also inspire, encourage, and provide confidence while also teaching them valuable skills like respect, kindness, discipline, among other skills. I don’t want my players to be afraid to fail and make mistakes, that is how you improve and grow. Making mistakes will teach you how to keep practicing, working hard, and not giving up to improve.

My coaching philosophy is to approach each session with a personalized plan to help you succeed and improve your skills as a volleyball player. I am passionate about volleyball and love to help others reach their goals! I believe positivity and encouragement is the key to being a great coach. The first lesson will be an evaluation of your skills and knowledge, and after I will create a plan that will improve all aspects of your play, making it easy and simple to understand. I have 2 years experience with coaching as I coach freshman level at high school and high school level during club season at the most successful volleyball club in Wisconsin, Milwaukee Sting. But, I can coach grade school and middle school levels as well.
