About Emily
Alongside my Sport Science degree I also represent Great Britain in the sport of Polocrosse, so have plenty of playing/training knowledge. I also hold coaching qualifications in numerous other sports, where I have applied this knowledge in schools as a teacher providing after-school and lunchtime sessions.

I am to make all sessions fun and engaging. I have always found that reading directly from books is unstimulating. By varying my methods with power points, diagrams, technical content and demonstrations I find that I engage with young people from all backgrounds, no matter how easy or hard they find the subject.
