About Hussein
Assalaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah,
I'm Maryam, and one of the things I love most is learning and teaching the Qur'an.
I know firsthand that everyone's journey with the Qur'an looks different. Some people are just starting out, some are trying to improve their recitation, and others are working on memorization. Wherever you are on that journey, my hope is to make learning feel approachable, enjoyable, and rewarding.
I try to be a patient teacher who meets students where they are. I don't expect perfection, only effort, consistency, and a willingness to learn. My aim is to help my students build confidence in their recitation while nurturing a genuine love for the Qur'an.
When I'm not teaching or studying, you'll usually find me reading, writing, or exploring topics that spark my curiosity.
May Allah place barakah in our learning and make the Qur'an a light for us in this life and the next. Ameen.
