About Zainul
I'm a recent University of Birmingham graduate who loves a good chat. My lessons are never going to be me talking at you for an hour - we’ll work through things together, ask loads of questions and hopefully have a laugh along the way. I think people learn best when they're relaxed and enjoying themselves.

My aim is to make tutoring a space where students feel comfortable and confident to ask any question. I know that English can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to analysing texts or writing essays, so I break topics down into manageable steps and adapt my teaching to each student's needs. I focus not only on improving grades but also on helping students enjoy learning, develop confidence in their own ideas and leave each lesson feeling more capable than when they arrived.
Having studied at the University of Birmingham, I understand the skills needed to succeed in essay-based subjects and enjoy helping students develop the analytical thinking and exam techniques that allow them to reach their full potential.
I completely understand that it's difficult to love a subject when you're trying to balance so many others. My goal is to make lessons feel less stressful and a lot more enjoyable as I genuinely believe that once you start enjoying what you're learning, your confidence grows and the results often follow naturally.

Details
I offer flexible payment options, with discounted packages available for students who choose to book multiple sessions in advance. I also offer a free introductory session so we can discuss your needs before committing to regular lessons. For in-person tutoring that requires travel, rates will be discussed on an individual basis depending on location and travel time.
I am currently based in the Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire area during the summer but will be returning to Birmingham for my
Masters in September.
