About Kaiya
I love teaching, I have been teaching students for five years now, and prior to this I coached tennis and swimming. I find that often it requires someone external to help with problems you are encountering as sometimes it is hard to work through them yourself! I am very flexible, if your schedule cannot commit to a particular time and day each week, I am happy to work with you to find a solution that is suited to your needs.

A typical length of a lesson is one hour, however if needs be I do longer sessions, especially if there is an exam to prepare for. I generally allow the student to guide the first few sessions, taking them through their homework or assessments and seeing where they struggle. I will then go away and put together a learning plan for the next few weeks, concentrating on areas I have identified as problems, and together we work through exercises that will improve their abilities.
