It's also important for me to maintain a professional demeanor and create a comfortable learning environment for my students, which can help reassure them that they are in good hands. My teaching/tutoring methods and techniques vary depending on the individual I am working with, and I have experience with many different learning types. I find that working through visuals and practice problems is a way that works well a lot, but I am flexible in my methods because teaching methods are not a once size fits all! I have received tutoring myself in the past so I use what has helped me to help those that I am working with, and I know it can be mentally challenging to understand certain topics. My lessons are for all learners and all education levels!
