About Chloe
I am a registered Occupational Therapist with 7 years of experience working in pediatric private practice. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong reputation for providing ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered practice, alongside a genuine commitment to supporting the professional development and well-being of other occupational therapists.
In addition to my clinical work, I have experience supervising occupational therapy students and mentoring early-career therapists. I have completed professional training in clinical supervision, including understanding work-related trauma and fostering psychological safety within supervision relationships. This training was completed through Michelle Bihary’s clinical supervision course and informs my supportive, trauma-informed, and reflective approach to mentoring.
I am passionate about supporting occupational therapists to feel confident, safe, and well-prepared as they transition into practice. This includes helping students and new graduates navigate placement demands, develop strong clinical reasoning, and make informed decisions about employment opportunities that align with their learning needs, values, and well-being.
I am professional, reliable, and committed to creating a respectful and psychologically safe learning environment. My aim is to provide structured, practical, and supportive guidance that helps students and early-career therapists grow in confidence and capability while maintaining high professional standards.

My teaching approach and methodology:
My teaching approach is practical, supportive, and individualized. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps and linking theory directly to real-world occupational therapy practice. Sessions are collaborative and student-led, with an emphasis on clinical reasoning, confidence-building, and reflective practice. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental learning environment where questions are encouraged and learning feels achievable.
Typical lesson length
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, allowing enough time to explore concepts in depth while remaining focused and structured. Longer sessions can be arranged when needed, particularly for placement preparation or assignment support.
Qualifications and experience:
I am a registered Occupational Therapist with 7 years of experience working in pediatric private practice. I am also a qualified child-centered play therapist. I also have experience supervising occupational therapy students and mentoring early-career therapists, giving me strong insight into university expectations, placement requirements, and early clinical practice challenges.
