About Shriya
I am a graduate of Psychology and of Behavioural Economics. My knowledge of psychology has allowed me to help my students pick up concepts quickly, recall information easily and see steady improvement in their skills. With a passion for sharing knowledge and making information accessible, I have been teaching for the past 8 years, through volunteering and formal employment. I am a native English speaker currently working towards a professional certification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I have worked with gifted children and those who have diagnosed learning difficulties. I bring compassion, patience and kindness to each session. I take the time to understand the needs of the student and then tailor my approach accordingly.

I have taught English language and literature to school students and Psychology and Statistics at the undergraduate level. I am comfortable working with all age groups, and will tailor the sessions accordingly. With three years of teaching experience, there are a variety of tools, tips and tricks I've picked up. Therefore, the sessions will be personalised to help you achieve your goals. Sessions run from 30 to 60 minutes, though extensions can be discussed if necessary!
