About Nadia
I am a Certified Nutrition graduate (affiliated with the Association of Nutrition, AfN) who’s passionate about all things health and wellbeing, looking to start her own personal nutrition clinic and starting to give public health nutrition advice and personal online nutritional coaching. I specialise in eating disorders with a background in Psychology (BSc) so take a very empathetic and understanding approach, knowing how complex and emotive the topic of food and diet can be. I am here to work with you not against you, toward a better and healthier and stronger you!

I am passionate about health and wellbeing, focused on fostering a healthier sustainable relationship with food for long-term health. My lessons will work with you and your current diet, to understand your routines and your goals, make a diet plan accordingly and discuss what you are struggling with and how we can work together with kindness and empathy to meet your goals.
