About Margaux
Hi, my name is Margaux! I am French but grew up in Italy, Switzerland, France, the United States and now the UK! I am fluent in both French and English. In college, I was in a dual-language program and received High Honors for my work on the course.
When I was around fifteen years old, I started tutoring in my school. Then, more and more students asked for my services so I tutored for other schools in my neighborhood. I have gained a particular interest in teaching French Language, French Literature, English Literature, Philosophy, Arts and Cinema.
I have just graduated from UAL with First Honors. I enjoy doing lots of art during my spare time.

Techniques and Teaching Methods:
Tutoring is specific to every student and the way in which they acquire skills. I understand that we all have different ways to learn and store information as no two brains work the same.
Unfortunately, schools often struggle to cater to the student's specific needs but in one-on-one sessions, we can. Thanks to my l years of babysitting, I've learned to observe and recognise learning and behavior patterns in children which help me cater to my student's needs and ways of learning.
Regular sessions have been proven to improve new skills. However, I understand that life can get in the way and that's why I'm quite flexible with scheduling my sessions!
Most lessons are 1 hour long. I teach students of all ages so whether you are an adult looking to learn new skills or the parent of a child who needs extra support, I'm here!
