About Maree
I am originally from Scotland but I consider myself a citizen of the world, I've lived in Spain, Greece, and I travel whenever I can. I love India and I am grateful to be able to share the ancient system of Yoga. I feel it is important to honour the roots of the tradition and share it as authentically as possible.

When tutoring you in Yoga I take time to understand your needs and preferences and tailor the approach to make our sessions together unique, fun and effective! Breaking down each asana, or posture, we'll move through a sequence that incorporates elements of the Himalayan tradition of yoga-meditation, such as chanting and panayama.
