Teaching volleyball can be a rewarding experience. As a coach I have taught many beginning players and become competitive players. I teach basic skills Begin with light cardiovascular exercises like jogging or jumping jacks.
Include dynamic stretches to prepare muscles for activity.
Basic Rules and Positions:
I will elaborate the basic rules of volleyball.
Emphasize key terms such as sets, spikes, serves, and rotations.
Introduce the basic positions (setter, hitter, libero, etc.).
Explain player rotations and the importance of court coverage.
and of course the Fundamental Skills.
